    To make world class healthcare available to traditionally under privileged rural based population in India separated by long distances. Telemedicine can enhance citizen's equality in the availability of various medical services and clinical health care, despite these economic and geographic barriers.Save the time in case of emergencies by both providers and patients in traveling from one geographic location to another to avail services on time.Reduce costs of medical care. The ever-rising cost ofhealthcare is becoming a prime concern. The incidental expenses related to patient care, i.e. the cost associated with factors other than the actual medial care such as travel, accommodation for relatives, food etc also contribute substantially to the overall cost of treatment. In a country where health insurance is yet to catch up, all these are borne by patients, in many cases by selling property and livestock. If hospitals can reduce these costs associated with treatment, it would go a long way in reducing the burden of care on the patient. Telemedicine seems to be the answer.


    With above mission we have started working on a Device ( Portable digital Microscope) which will help to Bridge the gap between the patient and doctor. Attached file is concerning Point of Care  device develop to diagnose various diseases like Malaria,Tuberculosis, Differential Blood Count ,Leukemia ,and various other disorders of Blood cells such as Sickle Cell Disease,Hereditary Spherocytosis,Systemic Disorders affecting RBC and WBC Morphology,PAP Test,Etc.


    As device is very small ( Comparable to Cell-Phone,USB power supply) it is very convinent to carry it to point of care by health personell ,can be operated even by untrained person : ( Requires Minimal Training ) it will be great help where health resources are poor.Very convinent to see image as compare to traditional microscope ( No neck pain-very easy to focus images),bigger digital image help in accurate diagnosis,taking expert openion and self learning and for teaching students,young doctors and paramedical staff.


    EMR ( Electronic Medical Record ),Disease Progression,Monitoring as well as rational treatment along with decrease in complications are various other benefits.


    Today we are living in IT world and Health is not an exception for this.As there are many villages with scattered population which can be easily connected to Health Services Miles away timely.

    Medical ground Transfer request from SAIL- Bhilai steel plant to SAIL-Customer Contact office Bhopal by Shadma khan:

    I Shadma Khan presently working in SAIL - Bhilai steel plant Asst Manager Sail No B036696. Two year back when I was in plant met with the road accident. I had a head injury. I am suffering from Epilepsy - neurological disorder and Right Homonymous Hemianopia(Vision problem) because of that accident, my medical treatment is going on. I have gone to NIMHANS Bangalore, Bansal Bhopal and Sankara Nethralaya Chennai hospitals Dr. from Sankara Nethralaya Chennai said to me you require a multiple surgeries just wait for some time then we’ll see but now as per Sankara Nethralaya Dr. when I meet them again after 1 year of waiting time, they said to me clearly that you have problem with left lentiform nucleus we can’t go for surgery its risky so you have to adjust with it. I thought it will be cured that’s why I had not taken any action I can’t manage in bhilai alone in this condition my whole family is disturbed , one of my family member always stay with me, I need full family support so please help me to get transfer to SAIL CCO Bhopal from Bhilai steel plant as soon as possible.
    I again humbly request you to kindly help me for getting transfer to CCO Bhopal from Bhilai Steel Plant please treat my case sympathetically.
