Linking passport with aadhar by ASHOK MULGUND:

I have passport issued bt Delhi office in 2010, Now i propose to travel abroad , Is it mandatory to link passport to aadhar no. Please calrify

We thank the authorities for providing the professional services. We received the renewed Passports well within 24 hrs.
We i.e. Myself, my wife and mr daughter visited Passport Seva Kendra @ Dosti Pinnacle, Waghle Estate, Thane for renewal of our passports on appointment on 3rd January , 2019. We were issued Token Nos. S2, N24 & N22 respectively.
During the course of verification stages, we were offered Passport Covers and SMS on advance payment. Although we received the passports but without any covers.
Kindly look into and advise the status and when can we expect the covers for which we have already paid total Rs. 1,050/-.
Besides I have few suggestions and comments as under:
1) The upkeep is good
2) Staff Cordial
3) Washrooms clean but without toilet rolls
4) On an average Counter 'C' took 45 minutes waiting time before our turn
5) Rest we found promptness, cleanliness & courtesy everywhere

mine is passport re-issue case , where my pages got exhausted , apply at vashi post office on 12th Dec 2019, promised to get in 8 days , but not yet received , as i am a regular business traveler , will appreciate your help in this regds
