my son is studied at china,his passport was tear at its end and the college authorities asked him to issue a new passport.now he is in china.what are the further proceedings for the re issue of passport at china and where it gets,fees to be paid etc.

i am a student studying in karnataka my 10th and 12th cerificates are in college,so instead of originals is study certificate sufficient for re issue of my passport?

i have applied for P.C.C on 11th April 2019.my file number is TV1086556007519. on that day the authorities advised me that today they cannot issue the PPC because the police verification is not cleared. so we went back to home . the police man came to home oon 13th april 20118 and he told that he send the verification report to passport office. but till now i did not received the notification about the granding of PCC to my mail. kindly do the needful

Dear Madam/Sir,
As I'm studying in Chennai I won't be able to receive my passport once its sent to my address. So I have given an authorisation letter to collect my passport in behalf of me, but the postman told that I myself have to receive it even if I have given an authorisation letter. If not collected then he said that the passport will be sent back. I wanted to know whether the passport will be sent to the Kollam passport seva office or somewhere else and how and from where can I collect it if sent back from the post office. Hoping foran immediately reply.
