Dear Madam,

On 23rd September SMS was received to present my wife Smt. Santosh Vasishtha on 24th September, 2018 at 10 AN at PSK, Ambala City.

Accordingly I accompanied my wife Smt. Santosh Vasishtha on 24th September, 2018 well in time. However, to our great disma, you marked the application to RPO, Chandigarh in view of court case pending. First of all if the reason was the case, my wife did not hide the same. When both of us have been granted Anticipatory Bail by Civil Judge (J.D.), Panipat District Court that we will leave India after seeking approval from the Ld. Judge, under Passport Act there is no provision to the best of my knowledge that right to issuance of Passport can be blocked. We have not been held guilty but are accused with false allegations by the girl to harass us by abusing gender biased laws which as per SC is LEGAL EXTORTION. We have given requisite surety, bond and as law abiding citizens, we will fight this fake & false case.

Today I, Anand Kumar have received SMS reading as under:
YOUR APPLICATION WITH FILE NO. CH1062856455218 HAS BEEN GRANTED ON PRE POLICE VERIFICATION BASIS"

My submission is that my wife's Application Reference No. 180012633658 should have been given File No. in line with the process my ARN was given File Number, instead of referring/marking it to RPO, Chandigarh. This is not fair.
For candidates with serious criminal background musclemen can contest elections for MPs and MLAs to grace Parliament/Legislative Assemblies, travel freely, get fat salaries & perks, why common man/poor should be deprived of even issuing the passport? For criminals SC says unless CONVICTED and what a contradiction that a poor man will be denied Passport when he/she is ACCUSED? This is travesty of justice & high handedness on the part of Passport Office (MEA). My wife is suffering from various ailments like Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, Cervical spondylytis, severe osteoporosis, arthritis & it was not possible on 24th for us to proceed to Chandigarh. You are requested to please consider the above submissions and generate File No. from your office, & we both will get in touch with SP, Panipat in one visit.

Please consider the above & let me know the date on which I can come to your Office for process of generating file with the same terms as have been levied in my case.
