Pathetic behaviour from Vijay Sales by Muzaffar Ahmed:

I had bought a 32 inch led tv from your Andheri west outlet on 27 /07/2015.On 26 January 2017 there was some display problem on TV so the next day i called up your customer care and asked for a technician visit.technician came on 28 January and inspected the TV and said that it is not repairable and need to be replaced so i called on the same day and the requested the same.Your representative said they will the TV within 14 days but now it is more than 20 days i havent got any reply from your end.Whenever i am calling vijay sales customer care i am getting the same answer that they will revert by today itself and disconnecting the call.The customer service representative who are receiving the call named Sanjay,Pooja,Shruti doesnt understand customer feeling and leave the customer into disgrace.You should not keep such robots in your company who not only mislead the customer but also spoiling the name of your company.I am very much unhappy with your pathetic service and need my TV to be replaced within 2 days.I am also attaching the invoice copy for your reference.

Today is 20th July 2017 but still didn't get any update about delivery. I'm continuously call on customer care number they are telling me that we will inform you in 5 min but nobody is reply .this is happen from last 4 days and still they don't have any satisfactory answer

I purchased lenovo lap top 81A4006cin, model-IP 120S,S/N-YD02XLZAfrom opera house branch on 21-11-17 and observed excess heating of key board which was checked by service engineer onsite and sealed for replacement with a report .DO letter has been received for replacement .
Since as per service engineer , there is no cooling system / vent provided in this product the heat generation occurred . On lenovo online site visit it is seen that the product IP20S is scored off indicating it being withdrawn from market being defective in design .
Since no purpose will be served in getting replacement ,Vijay sales should return Rs 20000.00 paid and my old working laptop received as exchange offer . No other small size product is suitable for my use within my budget . Matter is pending since 24-11-17
