    Sir, I have ordered a yellow erica dress on 23rd of october from kazo official website. My order no is 110750000009723. They sent me a confirmation code which I had to put for the product to get verified. But whenever I track order the status shows pending. I don’t know what is being pending and what is not. Please reply soon. I wanted fo know if my order has been dispatched or not.

    I bought a top from GIP mall,KAZO store, Noida.I dint noticed that top was defective until I wore it on some party and someone pointed it out.
    Its hardly been 20-25 days and when i went to store to replace it as I had bill.But still they refused to exchange as the tags were missing.Also the attended talked to me in a rude manner and told me that will discuss the matter with his head and will call me on monday, now its friday and he dint yet contacted to me.Its an horrible shopping experience with them as the staff on the billing counter is quite rude.

    I have buy a lot more f stuff from ur store from GIP Mall Noida , but I mean facing a big problem with ur one of ur employee there in the store , his name is Vishal , he always misbehave a lot & if we are buying stuff then he is ok the time you are having problem with the stuff he doesn’t listen at all & behaves v rudely & uses bad words ,I m v v upset . Every other employ is v well behaved & understands the problem even ur Logics mall employees are awesome but this guy he behaves v badly has no manners . Every month I buy from ur store you can check my name Mona Saxena & Manju Saraswat ( 9871279269) but how can I enter in this store if he behaves so badly . I bought a jump suit from ur sore which stuff was not good even all girls were agreeing but he was not ready to exchange & used bad words & insulted me . Then I went into Logics mall & told my problem they were so sweet enough they exchanged in a minute . Now how can I go to ur GIP Mall again tell me . He is v rude & treats v badly no manners he has .
