Search about and product from jaxtakart company Jai cancel my order ID number 32 5275 sir jaxtakart company was not refund my money in my account please take a very hard action by jaxtakart company because this company was very fack a company and his toll free number is not working properly always busy and never work in his toll free number truly

I just recently bought the rdp thinbook laptop from amazon and i found out that the laptop does not go to the sleep mode or even turn off the display when you close the laptop screen.
It apparently just stays on and after some time i come and lift the screen in is still on. It eats up a lot of the battery and i have to charge it frequntly....Even going through the setting to change the display problem are of no use...
More over there is some problem with the Cortana it doesn't respond to the my voice after been activated by saying "Hey Cortana".
Please look into this problem asap...
Please don't let our hopes down and brak our trust...I am hoping for a quick replacement or some repair asap from your side.I have ben using this laptop very very carefully there's been no scratch or dent marks at all.
Hoping for a posotive response...
