    I am a prepaid subscriber of mobile no(9748800527).It is having life time validity. This is to bring your kind notice that around Rs. 35 for unwanted Laila Service ..i want to say that that i have not subscribed any other service neither I am aware of the so called service for which Rs.35 has been deducted.
    kindly inform me why???????????
    And accordingly refund me all money deducted so far including this Rs 35.
    kindly look into the matter immediatetly. and refund me my hard earned money ASAP so that i can remain connected with AIRTEL .

    My wife, named Smt Sujata Bhattacharjee lost her phone on 09/07/2017 before lost her phone in first week of july when she recharged Rs.399/-by card for her prepaid sim,
    but unfortunately it was deposited her previous post paid account . Kindly arrange to refund the amount.

    I am not satisfy on your service , I was buy a new Airtel postpaid connection on 24-11-2017 , and also I was get my new sim (Number - 9831319944) but still my connection not active . I was completely submitted all the important documents, and new sim charges rs 300 to . Your officer was told me that with in 25-11-2017 sim was active but till not . If my sim will be not active with in 24 hrs than I will live your connection . Please need full as soon as possible

    I sent port out sms from 7407666081. retention team called me and said that i will be given 460 sms free of cost and will activate within 72 hours. but i did not get this 460 sms. so i request you to refund rs 50/- and i will activate sms pack by rs. 11/- (4 times) <440 sms>. please give your attention on this.

    I am a retailer of airtel. i have lonce complain for network issue on our locality last two months at 12144. 3g network very very poor.. and no show one bar 4g network. then i do port in jio conection my all customer comming one months. thanks your network.

    I have visited airtel stores at Kolkata Tollygunge Furry to get broad band bill for NO.9831886458 and also tried your number 198 and 121 but failed to get any positive assertion resulting no payment of your bill as no body knows what is the bill amount. I shall be out of town therefore expedite sending the bill.

    my name is Sarfarz islam From West Bengal , jalpaiguri , i very disappointed your air-tel Network service . total 5 connection usages but not get any spacial offer. automatically balance dictate main account balance and one more thing suppose today morning recharge main balance end of the day balance was automatically did-acted . i Relay upset guys . then i Di said i Change network then i call your customer care port out Related . then i also get UPC code then i get call your end . and your department suggest me Rs/ 149 28days unlimited call any network , 100/sms par day , and 1GB 4G data par Day .then i Recharge 149 pack but today morning i Unavailable connect net then i call your customer care and not get any valid response your Executive side Very Rood Behavior . so i need help with in 24 hours please resolve my Problem other wise i change my Network total 5 connection . and please tack action your Customer executive Miss Kirsna dutta and Mr Sila jit sen Gupta .... i hope show Resolved my issue Thank u ...
