Sir mera phone coolpad dazen 1 three times khrab ho chuka h three times service center Pr Daly rakha h but fir b theek nhi hua h. M apki is service s satisfied nhi hu. Becs meny Apny phone ka itna use nhi kiya h jitna meny Isy service center Pr Daly rakha h. Or m Apny phone k Isliye puri amount refund chati hu. So please refund my amount. Or abhi b mera phone service center Pr hi h....

I purchases coolpad dazen 1 mobile ..now this mobile is not in guaranteed period...in this mobile IMEI numbers is corrupt ..so i am go in your customer care centre ...but your customer care staff is misbehaving me...your staff is not good...they say me this mobile is not repairing...they say me the cost of repairing is approximately 6000rs...sir now what i do...please solve my problem.

My jobsheet number is Js 17061500635 .actually i gave my mobile on 15 june 2017 and returned expected date is 30th july 2017 ..in my phone charging issue. I called your customer care they said it will repair within 4 days . But still your service distributor said that part is not came from company after it will recieved .i will repaired .
Kindly tell me exact date . If you not repaired that cell then please tell me otherwise you tell me exact date .

Sir my Coolpad cool 1 Dual touch doesn't work and your service centre rejected to provide service so I need any letter from you or mail please provide me an email because from where I purchase the phone they want a denial letter to provide service to me so sir please please provide any email to me why your service centre don't provide service to me
