I had visited the Authorised Motorola care center at Moksha Plaza, F/9 -10 S.V.Road Borivali West .Mumbai PinCode 400 092 on 22/07/2017 arround 4.00 P.M to replace the Battery of my Hand set Model No XT1022. They have charged the fee RS. 1850/- and changed the battery. When I Came to home I found that my memory card has been misplaced/ Stolen from Customer Care Engineer and one more problem i realized that incoming calls are not realized to me or identified since there is some problem in sound system. Further it is also noticed that when I play the Video there is NO Sound still all volumes are kept ON mode and at maximum level. This type of Service from Lenova Motorola Service centre is not expected . I feel that I have been cheated by these sophisticated highly professional people.
