I have purchased a 32 inch LG tv and as assured no installion was done so far either from Aluva or Angamali but for a call from Ernakulam.I am told by the person who called me that since I am residing at North Paravur,it was forwarded to Aluva centre.please do no the needful at the earliest.

Not working refrigerator in warranty period

I have purchased LG refrigerator from Razi electronics and appliances, palace road, aluva on 17 jan 2018. But on 10 may 2018 it got repaired and i have registered a complaint on 10 th itself to the dealer. On 11th and 12th may the service person from lg has come and reported for replacement. Till date nothing is done from the company side w.r.t replacement. If the situation is going to continue i will be forced to file a complaint in consumer forum.
