Hiii i am from hassan,karnataka.I have given my lenovo k4 note for mic and volume keys problem. They told me they need 1 week to make it warranty. After that they said spare is not available. Then also i have waited for 1and half month when i called this service centre they said the cell is ready. As i was in hassan i have sent my friend to bring the cell. He didn't check it in the service centre. He came to hassan after 5 days and gave to me. When i have checked they didn't even open the back cover and returned ma cell. Actually This is the second time i am facing the same problem. Then i repaired it outside by paying 800rs. So kindly request lenovo co. To take actions.

After 2 months i updated my apps and from that time i am not able to open my contact manager that means i cannot open my messages, it is showing like unfortunately contact manager has stopped. what do i do now? Please help me.

I bought this phone in Jan 1 st week 2016 via flipkart..since then I am not getting network in both of the Sims..but when I put these Sims in any other phone, I am getting full signal..does it cover under warranty..I need to get it repaired or exchanged..

I have less than year old Lenovo A 2000 (some model), frequently display is breaking (multiple colour lines or shades) and also phone is getting switching off automatically by showing message installing Android software.... Please suggest.

This isn't getting repaired and mentioned board was not available. In this condition what is to be done after investing money without service. Very poor responses.

phone charging point was not working....gave for servicing at urs road service centre....commitment of delivery was 2 working days...but after 2 weeks also it was not done....now renewed commitment is of 1 more working day...its very difficult for me to make visit during weekdays, but it is of least concern for the representatives at desk.........
firstly there is no effective process of tracking the delivery commitments OR no communication to the customer of the possible anticipated delay.....secondly the representatives at desk were not at all sorry for the delay, rather started arguing....on asking for the managers contact, denied....the response was worst than government office.....for any manufacturer, after sales service has to be up to the mark, if they have to survive in this competitive market, which I felt missing in this centre....
will appreciate if management takes some action on the same....thanks

Here they work as if they work in a fish market.
They work in the most unorganised, un professional manner.
After visiting this shitty place i have decided to never buy lenovo/moto.
The workers were very rude to customer.
This service center is one piece of shit.

wanted battery for Vibe K5 Plus. Checked with your service centre. They asked me to call on 08214269090 after 15 days. I attempted to call, they either do not receive or keep the cradle away. NOT AT ALL ATTENDING CALLS. Even during the personal visit behvious is that of arrogance.
CAN YOU ASK THEM BEHAVE? WHEN CAN I GET NEW BATTERY?
