I have submitted the documents to the bannergatha office on 23/03/2018 and till now I haven’t received the reimbursement amount nor any update and my father is still not recovered and I have been spending every week more than Rs.50,000/- and every penny matters a lot to our family now.
I have submitted every single document to your team so that they shouldn’t be any delay in the processing the claim but still your team is taking so much time. I have dropped many mails everytime I get response as we are looking into it but none of them are serious.
Hence I request someone to have an humanity and not to delay further in this matter please find the claim number : 95840240

MA-Id 5023611047 I am unable to acess your mail ID cc@mediaassistindia.com for more than 10 days as I have serious complaints about your Co. and the delivery of my mail is reported to have failed as their server does not accept the message.Since you have bungled in my policy amount from 10 lacs{Bal availble 741752/} to 2 lacs only with balance156844/and passing my claim at your whims I intend to move the court for your highly inefficient response and working.Before that kindly speak to me on my Regd mobile and furnish me with your mail Id for complaints to apprise you in detail about your misusing my medical benefit scheme for a senior citizen of 80 years plus.

Medi Assist ID 5008620366, Insurer Member ID 147006193. My claim amount was deducted.
1> Rs. 3382 was deducted for Non Medical Items like Glove, Cotton, Ankle support etc. -> these were part of operation it should be provided.
2> Rs. 18000 deducted against reasonable consultant charges -> charges are as per prescribed limit and ratio and actual. please provide
3> Rs. 2500 OT charge-> as per prescribed limit.
kindly check and provide
4> Rs. 8700 Xray reports collected from lab and are being provided. CT Scan reports already provided -> please check and provide.
5> Rs. 4400 Excess of Room Rent -> policy amount is Rs. 5 Lakhs and room rent is around Rs. 2000 to 2500. which is as per prescribed limit. Kindly provide.
Total Rs. 36982/- was wrongly deducted and should be provided back, at the earliest.
