Sir,
We the local passengers of Lower Assam Gossaigaon, Kokrajhar, Bongaigaon, Basugaon, Salakati, Srirampur, Choutara etc. Palaces we have only one train in this route. We are facing daily problem as the train regular running late and every Sunday cancelled by local authority. We have only one train for communicate with Bengal. Please look the matter seriously. We also demanding you all Intercity Exp. Stopage at Bongaigaon as about 1000 passengers daily traveled to Bongaigaon from other part & places.

i am very sorryto say that i am traveling through jehlem train from new delhi jammu tawi in 2ac.but very much upset as the compartment is so dirty and mosquitoes are flyingthrough out night. Do we pay such a huge amount for this dirty 2ac class.who will be responsible for our health issue.

It is very inconvenient for passenger that two similar train shane punjab taj(agra), and Shane punjab express(12497) going through two adjacent platform 13 n 14,
Same departure time, some passenger wrongly sit in wrong trains, Pls change their adjacent platform
