    This is Joydeep Bhattacharya. I have booked a ticket against Seat No.10 for 07:30 AM Esplanade to Suri Bus for the date of journey 30.04.18. My booking was upto BkTPP. Fare: Rs.140 + Service charge Rs.10 = Rs.150. Ticket booking transaction was done at 20:48 Hrs. on 27.04.18, but ticket was not booked and Rs.150 was deducted from my United Bank of India account. Please arrange for return of my Rs.150 at the earliest in my bank account. My registered number is 9804771178.

    I am a passenger for Bankura to DURGAPUR. Today on 13.10.2018 I am weiting for state bus at panchbagha bus stop in the morning . about 8:40 vadu express from Purulia to Kolkata cume just after the omorpur bus of Bankura depot. But after several attempt to stop the bus at stoppage the conductor of the bus avoiding me to pickup me. And rassing with each other they leaved the stoppage. So it is my request to the authority to pay attention about this type of public demoralization.

    Unethical behaviour of a staff at SBSTC ticket counter at Esplanade on 05.07.2019 by Tarun Kumar Ghosh:

    Myself is a 63 years old aged handicapped person having valid identity card issued by Prosthetist & Orthotist , O/o Commissioner (Disabilities), Govt. of West Bengal with 60% disability allowing escort also. Copies of handicapped certificate and ID card are enclosed herewith for your ready reference.

    Normally every week end (Saturday)I travel by SBSTC bus services from Esplanade to Midnapore to visit my aged father (about 90 years of age) and my mother (about 85 years of age) who are staying alone at Midnapore.

    For an urgent need in last week I was to travel to Midnapore to meet my parents on Friday i.e. 05.07.2019. So I rushed to SBSTC Esplanade bus terminus on 05.07.2019 at 5:30 P.M. to catch the bus leaves at 6:00 P.M for Midnapore. I was in queue and when my term came I approached to the lady at ticket counter for a handicapped ticket to Midnapore, but she didn’t issue me any ticket. From my approach about 20 nos. of tickets were issued but no ticket to me. I requested several times but she didn’t pay any heed to. When booking of total seats were completed she advised me to go by next bus at 6:30 P.M. The reasons behind were not known to me.

    I fell into trouble, as for the urgency I had to travel by bus at 6:00 P.M. sitting on the floor. Gradually bus became so crowded I got to stand up. One kind hearted passenger offered me his seat at Bagnan. Many thanks to him.

    My earnest request to you to please look into and ensure that no other handicapped person faces this sort of treatment in future from a state govt. employee.

    Your sympathetic consideration in this regard will highly be solicited.

    I, Kaushik Ghosh, would like to inform that today i.e. on 13th january 2020, I booked a ticket in Karunamoyee to Salboni sbstc bus. I would get in the bus at airport stoppage beside the gurdwara. My ticket is as follows: Your TicketNo: P01200149930 ServiceName:KARUNAMOYEE-SALBONI-07:00 Journey Date:13/01/2020 PassengerName Kaushik.Ghosh DeptTime:07:00 DeptPlace:KARUNAMOYEE SeatNo:39 Fare:132 ServiceCharge 10,Thank you.
    But astonishingly, that bus was not give a stoppage at that stoppage. After the incident, I caught the habra-haldia bus from airport and came to kolaghat by paying Rs.66 more and there I caught the Salboni bus. I asked the conductor and driver both that why did they give the stoppage at airport, they apologize and also told that they are new in this route.
    I think this is not a fault of that driver or conductor, this is a fault of sbstc management who deploy the driver or conductor whom there is no idea of that route and stoppages.
    I faced a lot of problems during today with a penalty of Rs.66, even I couldn't get my allotted seat from kolaghat also.
    Who will give me the damarage today?
    If you give me the damarage, then it is ok, but if you don't,then I will go to consumer court against you.

    I am complain against your conductor of bus no. WB 39B 6961 which depert from asansol bus stand at 03:30 PM on 18.06.2020. The conductor of bus demanding full fare for giving stoppage at palsit ,he also said that This is his personal matter about stoppage at Palsit .
    I am also wanting to know 'is there any rule in lockdown period that stoppage and bus fair decided by conductor????

    I am travelling in SBSTC bus from Chuchura to Esplanade on 01/09/2020 at 8 am bus no- WB39A7013 and the driver is taking passengers where there is no seats in bus and there is already 16 passengers are standing. There is no more place in bus for standing and the Conductor is refusing to take passenger but the driver is stopping the bus and want to take more passengers in the bus and the driver is telling all the passengers that L20 busstand in Esplanade given permission to take many passengers. Driver name is KAMAL. It is really frustrating. please reply. Thank you,

    Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my account to please refund my money as soon as possible.

    Non stoppage of bus at muchipara though ticket was booked online by ARETREYA SARKAR:

    Sir,

    with reference to the above, I would like to  draw your kind notice that  the bus did not purposely halt at Muchipara stoppage though ticket was booked Vide no P04210017247 online  for which I could not board the bus which is supposed to be last bus of the day.

    Such negligence of your on duty staff caused tremendous agony and harassment ofa girl student like me.

    in view of the above, please refund the fare immediately.
