i have filled RVUNL EXAM 2021, in that post is given JE (Electrical), but i have done B.tech by (Electrical and Electronic Eng. so my doubt is which syllabus i should study electrical or electronic or both

Dear sir,
I applied for Rvunl je form on 4th March 2021.when i am going to select on TSP no,that is not accepting..and in preview form that is showing blank.So i submitted form and paid fee.But when i print that application form.It is showing ..
Applying under TSP-Yes.
After reopen registration i contacted to helpline number,they are saying you need to fill form again...and fee(1400₹) is non refundable.

Respected Sir/ Mam
This email is to request the department to take re-examination of Junior Legal Officer, held on 27/09/2021. Due to 'Kisan Andolan' and 'Bharat Band', I (having Roll No.: 1330000326 and centre at Modern Institute of Technology & Research Centre Village Jharkhera, Sirmoli Road, 6th Mile Stone, Delhi-Tijara Highway, Alwar, Rajasthan-301028) or maybe many other aspirants were not able to reach the examination centre on time. I travelled from Saharanpur, U.P. and was stopped in between the way by many people involved in the said Andolan as well as faced heavy traffic jam issues due to which I got late. Public transports were also not working today.
My only request to the department is to consider the problems faced which were not in the control of an individual and re-conduct the exam for the candidates who did not even get the chance to compete in the exam and worked very hard for the preparation of the exam.
Please take the necessary and required action. I shall be highly obliged to your act of kindness. I do not know where else to raise the concern.
