    I have booked the gas on 17 Feb 2015 via SMS at 13:56 pm, with ref no 202469. Doing follow up since last 10 days but not yet received the cylinder. Even today 1st March 2015 at 10:00 am I had gone to your office & your official assured me to get the cylinder delivered in an hour as I requested him that we have no gas to for cooking. I have got the delivery boy number 9711491080 and calling him since morning and he is giving me false commitment to deliver the cylinder in an hour but even after 3-4 calls I have not yet received the cylinder then I am wring this complaint 2:45 pm as we have no gas & I am waiting for the gas to prepare lunch.

    Pl take the immediate action to prevent such happening since every time I am facing this issue since 2-3 months. Pl do intimate us the action taken by you to prevent this in future.

    Delay in refill gas cylinder delivery by Amresh Pandey:

    I had booked my refill cylinder via SMS on 17th Feb 2015 booking no 202469 but even after several follow up not yet received the cylinder. Even today visited the Mata Sheetla Mata Gas Service to get the cylinder delivered on urgent basis as I have no gas to cook. They assured to get it delivered in an hour but even after 4 calls since morning to delivery boy not yet get the gas at 2:15 pm on 1st March 2015. This is the repeated problem we are facing when the DBTL system started. I need the cylinder on urgent basis to cook my food. Pl understand the problem of common people.     My consumer id is CX21470692, and I am having connection with Mata Sheetla Gas Service. I've got one message in mid night at 1:00am (7/27) at my mobile that Cash memo 3000167659 has been generated for booking no. 2000103189, but I didn't make any request for re-filling. In afternoon, I've another message at 12:57pm (7/27) that my cyl is delivered against cash memo. Neither I made any request for re-filling nor I received any call from Indane for cyl delivery. Can you please investigate who is misusing my connection? Please update me on my email id. I tried to call Indane service at number 124-2332556, but nobody is picking my phone.

    I have submitted my bank details on 31 of december and after that i have taken 2 gas cylender that cost me Rs 729 and Rs 718 .but bank did not refund my money.I talked to agency manager.they told me to write me an application.after that there is no response.so I request you please refund my money because it was notr my fault it was agency peoples fault.my costumer id is-206168

    I have ordered gas refill on 28.09.2015. No one came for refill and now I see the status for 01.10.2015 as delivered. How can it be possible. It means the delivery has sold the cylinder to someone in black.

    Repeated cancellation of booking w/o delivery by Debdutta Ray:

    I booked for a replacement cylinder on 1 December 2015 (booking ref 174182) and was told delivery in 2-3 days. Today (3rd Dec at 10 am) I called up again for the status and was assured delivery by 4th December. Now at 2.00pm I have received a message that the booking stands cancelled.I have faced problems with unexplained cancellation of my booking earlier also, and the agency insisted on a fresh booking.

    Hi- i had booked LPG cylinder post speaking to Customer care number on 18th November that it will be delivered on 20th November.. A lady has confirmed the same over phone and then i got it booked subsequently i got a confirmation as well..

    I was given a mobile number of person whi delivers on which i kept on calling simce morning today and every time he said he will deliver it in an hour or so and then he is not taking cll since afternoon..

    I again called on customer care mobile number and was able to speak to Ms Sanju who was very unprofessional and rude in her approach .. Asking for details of email id to esclate it she denied the same saying there is no email id or mobile number..

    Need this to be resolved on priority ..
