cud i hv the indane complaint e mail id where the above cud b lodged? the 1800 no. on ur recpt is not responding. hv made 6-7 calls at jyotis cell who claims she has fwdd the complaint to the mechanic who is in the ffield. ur landline no. says complaint recd just now. this was half hr ago.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked cylinder dated 11.06.2015 through online vide Cash Memo no. 3000032599 dated 17.06.2015 and now status is as per web profile cylinder delievered on 19.06.2015 and subsidy amount already transfered in my bank account of Rs. 208 dt 22.06.2015 but i am still waiting for my booked cylinder.
How is possible without payment subsidy amount is transferred to my bank account pls clarify .
I have already many times called to M/s Tirupati Balaji Associates for this problem after 22.06.2015 but no body can help me so pls do something as soon as possible and deliever my cylinder on my address.

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that last three months I am not getting my LPG cylinder on time. Whenever I am going to distributor office for my LPG cylinder, office staff said your receipt send to supplier so please contact to supplier. When I am contact to supplier yesterday, supplier said I will send your cylinder on tomorrow morning. When I am not receiving my cylinder next day also, so I am going to distributor office again for my LPG cylinder that time office staff said again contact to supplier.when I am said to office staff your supplier was not responding, that time office staff said this is your problem contact to supplier again & again and I am not getting my LPG cylinder yet.
I am totally refused by your customer service. What kind of service you provided your customer. Shame on you.
You are the distributor, supplier is also yours, why I am contacting to supplier again & again.
Please swot out my problem as soon as possible.
