I have lodged a complaint almost 10days back through sathya agency, Hosur. One Mr.Alagumalai checked our w/m and confirmed that drum need to be changed.. Still now i have not received any response from him.. So I contacted your service center directly and informed the issues.. Even from the service centre I have not received a single call still now, when ever I call they will say we will call you in ten minutes but I don't get any response from anyone.. I really hate buying Samsung products if this is the kind of service you are going to provide.. Selling product is not a big deal please ensure proper service.. I still don't know how many days I need to wait for your feedback and drum replacement for my W/M.. My ctc no. 9380077177.. Rajesh.G
