Request to replace it. It was informed at the office almost 60 days back at the office and no action has been taken by the LG Service centre at ongole.
Do the needful ASAP.

I have cmplaint service mechanic last month.The mechanic had visit my house and checked properly, They told to me the gas has leaked that's why cooling is not coming every time he said same problem and charged the gas after one month the same problem is repeated please solve my problem as early as possible

Sir , we brought LG tv long back.we found some video problem on it. The model number is 32LB5820.ATR.To recover the problem we contact SAI CONSUMER SERVICES in Ongole.They replace the repair part and says us it will work for 3 years.But the same video problem is repeated.
