First thing I would like to ask to Samsung service centre in Hyderabad???
Here I have seen a Very bad service, no staff, no enquiry contact, no mobile or landline no. Working -and if its works no answering of the call, i have try 3 service centre of Samsung in Hyderabad but there is no response of the call and no lanldline is working,
And here I came to get to know touch screen price of Samsung j7 prime., it was broken and I want to know the price of touch screen,
And here now m waiting in a queue with a token no. And here so many people are waiting here for there turn to show there problm of mobile,
But the staff is oly 3 members, and there have given a counters of 1 to10., what the hell is this? Is this a foolish or what.?
Who ever is there kindly please look into this service issue., we have a so many other work also., I can't wait 2 to 3 hours of time to get to know the price of touch screen.
I really hate the service of Samsung in Hyderabad.
