I called your service centre number 01204602222 on 19th January 2017 around 9-15 am and spoke to one Priya, requesting pick-up of my car for service. She did not take down any information, (address, car registration etc) was not interested in anything i had to say.She hurriedly asked for my phone number which I gave her and promised to call me back in a minute. Even after waiting for 30 minutes, I did not get any call from her. I suspect she had not even noted down my phone number. She was just NOT interested in providing service. I called again at 10 am and spoke to one Rinky who promptly noted down all the details and assured me of action. After I complained to Rinky, Priya called me, but had no explanation for not calling me earlier as she had promised. This is not the service I expect from Motorcraft.

Since I m chasing up an entire team of motor craft sector-63 to correct my car service issue which I got serviced recently from motor craft. I am really harassed & nobody is listening to my concern. I have sent 4 times my car for getting repair but still not corrected.
