Respected Sir/Madam,
According to the abovementioned subject, I want to bring to your notice about the harassment done by your agency in booking of gas cylinders. I booked a cylinder, named “KRISHAN LAL” with Customer No. 06373, on 28th September, 2016 and I got the reference no. 789579. On 01st october, 2016, I received my cash memo with the No. 3000068392 amounted Rs. 513.50/-. Then I got message that your placed order has been cancelled and they told me that you need to place order again.
I was shocked to hear that my order was cancelled and it was happened twice. The reason behind cancelling the order was the rise in prices of gas cylinders. I observed that both the times they cancelled my order by saying that this is happened due to some server problem. First time I ignored but again they did the same thing. Their thinking behind this that by doing this kind of harassment they will get that order to be placed on higher revised price of Rs. 536/-.
If they are doing this with me then I am pretty sure they will be doing the same kind of cleverness with some other customers and some may be those who are not able to afford the higher prices. I request you to please look into the matter and take some strict against Rachna Gas Service so that they will not be able to harass some other customer. I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.

We booked a cylinder on 2nd may for 976 and got today for 1026 so i called manager about this she talked in very inappropriate manner and used abusive language then cut my call. After tgat she even not answered my call. Worst gas. Company
