Presently you are rendering taxi on call services. In view of starting of Metro rail services from 28th of this month, it is suggested that regular services between two metro stations be introduced both by four wheelers and three wheelers (auto rickshaws) which are not connected by bus routes. For example Dilsukhnagar Station to Uppal via Dwarakapuram colony, Chaitanyapuri, Maruthinagar, Kothapet X Roads, Nagole X Road to Uppal. Similar services can be extended for colonies which are not connected by rail or road in Hyderabad and Secunderabad

Today Hyderabad 24-03-2018 around 4 pm i took a uppal bus from Erragadda 113F i paid for ticket After getting down at liberty i realized that i lost my wallet..i have my ATM card,ID cards, penDrive and money in it .can anyone suggest me what i should do.. to whom should i approach ? what should i do? should i visit depot ? if their is any forum related to lost or found items please can i know about it Thank you

I am pickup the 11ambus at LB Naar X Roads. The bus was reached at secubradad station at 12:10am(without Trafic and road free) we are quaternion to Driver .his given we rashly replaced home ask you catch my bus if not satisfied go for other bus.
Such type of person brake the RTC reputation.
Requested to please conduct special classes for such teams how to approach to customers.

Respected sir,the bus 18v with bus nu Ap 28z 3472 which is supposed to start at 9.15 is delaying daily by 15 min the driver m conductor both will do time pass by chit chatting on roads even on many requests from passengers they will denay the requests n they will behave as it’s their own private vehicle.it has become a serious problem for working people plea take some proper action n make them to start the bus on time

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring it to the notice of the TS RTC department against rash driving by the 40 Route Bus (Driver : 221144, Metro express, depot- Musheerabad) on 08/06/18.
Throughout the route the bus driver was driving rashly and nearly moved down many people on the road and other bus stops. Its a request for the department to look into such issues before any unforeseen situation occurs.

Sir, i am a Sr.Citizen daily commuting thru TSRTC Metro Delux Bus Route No.1251 - 47L from Safilguda to Cyber Tower at 8.20 AM. Bus No.AP 11 Z7537. Overall the behavior of this lady conductor is very bad & beyond tolerable limit.She is a very quarrel some lady for no reason. You can find out the truthiness thru the driver & her colleagues also. Pl. rotate this conductor, let other should also bear the burnt of her behavior if it is beyond repair.

Daily i go in rtc they take jst 15rs from afzal gunj nd today he charged 20 rs....its like tsrtc conductors jst want to dig money out of passengers...though its matter of jst rs 5...bt still if we will not hve even 1 rupee...they dnt allow in bus....nd these people thefts money right in frnt of our eyes nd we must be helpless...i even have took pic of ticket bus is 95p nd timings is 17:43..kindly take action...
