I purchased a shoes from ess get trends retail pvt Ltd, Kuldeep nagar Ambala On 16/08/2019. I used this shoes only 4 or 5 times in two months. Now this shoes lost his shape and shining. a Cut is also occurred on it. It is A very poor quality. So plz change my shoes. Otherwise I will go judicial process. Thanks

I purchased a product from Reebok official website and i have attached the details below. I ordered for a size 9 and what i received was size 10. Without any delay i raised a request for return as i wasn't happy with the service and even the quality wasn't upto the mark. My return pickup was done on 15th of February and its more than a month, still i don't know anything about my refund.
I already spoke multiple times with concerned team and still my case is unresolved. Totally unsatisfied with service and post service.
