    I had paid Rs 250 through online credit card on 06/07/2017 at 17:35:55 Hrs.

    The amount was deducted from my bank account and NOT credited to my METRO CARD No : 11001168803

    I have complained at Indiranagar Station vide Complaint No 27771 dated 8/7/2017.

    Where is my money ? What are you doing about this ??

    Just only i get one ticket from cubbon park to Magadi road at that time the counter person collect the money throw the ticket token forcibly.. This kind of person so many in even all stations anytime they are looking like tension means they full effect on public. Please take further action of him.

    Metro Bogies for women by Niharika:

    I want to give a suggestion to Bangalore metro Railway Corporation regrading the allotting the atleast 2 bogies for women as there is too much of rush while travelling in metro and 80% are men who travel and its only 20% are women.Why cant you please give last two bogies only for women and elder people so that it will be easy and comfortable for them to travel.Please do consider this suggestions it will be very helpful.

    Seen train crowded from Indiranagar to krantiveer station that is from byappanahalli to mysore and other way hosahalli to trinity that is mysore rd to byppanahalli.

    Please put trains only for these stations exclusively.

    Please also put more bogies.

    Please let people with baggages to board only one compartment.

    The interconnected bogies handles are very less as many stand there as well.
    When we enter the train the Bar handle to hold and stand is only one. Request to please extend the same 3 lines bar handle so that people can hold and stand comfortable.

    Charged extra size luggage charges without checking the size and weight of the baggage. This is really bad we are ready to pay what we are carrying but there should me any size or weight limit without checking the baggage how can they charge for extra baggage luggage. Actually I checked my my language size after paying the luggage care its dimension is 60x32. Do I need to pay for this. Otherwise separate counter should opened for this kind of charges at entry gate itself not at the check in place. Really very bad experience. I hope in future you may find a way for this.     I feel sad to tell you that my husband had a fall in Rajajinagar metro station today, some body stamped his slipper from back. Because of this impact he had fall on his face and got hurt on the mouth which he has to get the stitches by the doctor.
    He is a senior citizen and I wonder no body came to his help. I expect atleast metro staff could have helped him. Is there any first aid in the station? When he reached home his shirt & hand kerchief was soaked with the blood. Staff would have given first aid before he went to the doctor. Atleast a metro staff could have accompanied him till he gets into an auto.

    I took a trip from JP nagara station bangalore by Namma metro to KRS station (City railway station), along with my wife and my 6 year old son on 24th october 2018 wednesday at 12:50 PM . The male employee at the ticket counter was highly unprofessional in his behaviour in the sense that when i gave him a Rs 500 note he checked that note like it was a fake note and his attitude was downright obnoxious with the way he was checking that currency not upsude down.I am just curious to know was it because of the attire that contributed to his suspicion or is he always this suspicious.You can check the cctv footage 3 people.. 1 male in checks blue shirt ..1 child red t shirt blue jeans & cap 1 lady in black burkha...
