    when we are paid yearly then how much paid amount and what channel or service provid

    I could not understand that, all other dth service providers gives their dth service for 30 days against every monthly recharge.
    However, tata sky is giving it for 29 days against every monthly recharge.
    For example, My monthly recharge is valid till today - 11/07/2018 midnight and I makes recharge in advance ( today morning ),
    So, tata sky demands next recharge for 10th August.
    This happens every month from tata sky.
    I would like to know, why this penalty to your old customers like me ?
