SIR I HAVE BOOKED ONLINE TICKET OF SHIVNERI FROM BORIVALI TO PUNE IN AFTER NOON IN ADVANCE AND I REACHED ON BUS STOP AT 1810 HRS BUT WHEN I ENQUIRED ON DEPO THEY ARE ONLY KEEP ON TAILING THAT BUS IN TRAFFIC AND WILL REACH IN 10 MIN BUT UPTO 1910 HRS ALSO NO ANY INFORMATION FROM DEPO THAT WHY BUS WAS DELAY AND UPTO 1930 HRS NO ANY INFORMATIO AND BUS TILL NOT ON BUS STOP, WHY so much waiting to passanger and why not any feedback to us, why we should traval with Shivneri by paying double amount

I travelled chembur maitri park to Nigadi via shivneri bus no.MH12,VF7816 , on 02/03/2023 at 06.44 am (pick up time )
Driver has dropped at Nigdi bridge as there is no space come out from bridge to service road. This kind of service is not expecting from Shivneri bus. Driver is not co operative
