Sir,
I have purchased one samsung J2 mobile since 02 years ago. The battery not working properly daily 2 & 3 time charging my mobile battery but very charged very low. In this connection I contact samsung service center/ Dibrugarh before one month.They note my complain and assured for replace new J2 samsung bettery as early as possible. But during one month they not contact me or replaced my faulty battery. I am ready to pay charged for new J2 samsung battery.
So, kindly arrange to solve my battery problem as early as possible.
