I placed an order with streetstylestore and the amount got debited but the order hasn't been placed.I even got an email saying my payment was successful but my order is still not placed.I went through the reviews and found that I am not the only one who has this issue.I've written 2 emails to them but haven't received any response.Can you please help me out.

Ref order no. 1509832. I ordered two shoes. One is so narrow that my foot doesn't go in...The other doesn't fit from my ankle. I don't want different shoe size.
If the belts could be lengthened by 2 inches or removed for Good to the last heel...Shoe size 39 or return the money
Running a bit platform is too narrow. I can buy something else and pay the difference or else please return the money.
