I would i to tell give importance to your customer, either taking the importance you think the while showing to the customer that you are alway busy makes your impression, i m trying to connect with your customer from last 10day but yet now also it say sorry our customer care executives are busy what is this, if you don't want to listen to us tell us we will not call you and frankly saying. see what are the reviews given by the people if you want more suggestion you can call me your marketing team and customer care is very bad
