Sir,
I am Happy Garg cust no. Cx12844398. I have received this message from your side. Cash memo 3000060152 of amount Rs.670 generated for booking no. 398628,shall be delivered shortly.Insist for pre-delivery check while receiving refills on 30th may 2017.
Today your vehicle no. PB 65F 7166 delivered cylinder in our area. When I ask to delivery boy for our cylinder He told me we have no more gas cylinder so your delivery not done today.
After that I see he delivered cylinder in next street.
This is not happen only this time. It happens from six months. Because I demanded my balance amount from after paying gas charges from delivery boy.
Pls look into matter.Do it for necessary.

Respected Sir /Madam,
My gas Consumer no. Us 12376, I booked my gas cylinder on dated 28:07:2017 but my cylinder not received till to date.
Cylinder delivery is very poor, there is no response of any call, there is no customers care NO., in which I can registered my complaint, there is only online phone number in which we can book my cylinder but could not received my cylinder on time. No any other number also in which I sort out my problem,
Kindly take a action against my complaint.

I transferred my connection from manimajra gas agency to Zirakpur Indane. I asked Zirakpur Indane before transferring my gas connection that if their service is good in my area then I will be ready for transfer of connection. Now connection is transferred and I booked the gas they promised me for delivery of cylinder in one week but delivery is not done on time. Even they do not pickup calls. I called many times.
