Dear Sir,
I used iball tablet model no. 3G-6095-D20. Its switched on & Switched off button is very hard & its takes time to get switched on. I have to push very hard to get switched on it.

At the time of rain in November something went wrong in router so I submitted it in the customer care centre in Kalyan. The customer service executive took 20 days to replace my router & once again from the last month it is giving problem then once again I took my router to service centre they said leave your router here & it will take 15 days to repair. I'm fed up of leaving my router for 15-20 days & some arises after that also...
In two months span if my router is 30 day in service centre then what is the use of using router..
