No one is taking care of the New buses. TV and music systems are not working. Door cottons and seat covers are dirty. Bus conductors are not not allowed to put boxes in luggage box. They are using the luggage boxes to their profits.

yesterday i have ticket book from bhawanipatna to bhubaneswar on dated 21st jun-19 at 9:00 am depature ( A/C Bus) from Bhawanipatna govt ticket counter but today call from counter due to some reason that bus ( A/C bus) not to to bhubaneswar & another hitech bus will go.
in that case we cancell the ticket but refund 50% only.

This is the Statement of a Registered User of OSRTC.
The conductor of this bus forced me to sit on Seat No- 20 though seat No-16 was booked advanced online on 13th. Feb. 2022 in the name of Bishnu Prasad Mahananda.
This is HUMILIATION.
What type of action the OSRTC is going to take up in order to restore LAW?
We need Quick Action in this respect.
