    Dear sir;

    Regret to informe you the behaviour of the conductor. Dont know the name of thad conductor but bus is coming fron siroda timing is it reaches 8.34 Am to titan verna industrial estate today i.e. 30 january 2020 conductor was there in the bus.He is harresing passanger dont know to respect women and old aged people. Hw is shouting like we are coming for free in that bus. Passanger not here to.listen the shit from that conductor.take some action on that conductor or remove him from that line

    This is to inform you that the conductor of the kadamba bus registered as GA.03.X. 0465 which is a Ladies special leaving at 6:05 pm everyday from Panjim to Ponda is very disrespectful in his behavior.
    The seat reserved as "Conductor only" is usually most of the times given is given readily to the working women but when asked by a student

    Either please make sure that the designation of the authorised seat is given to the specific person or it is made available to all.

    We also are students studying in Goa college of pharmacy who have to stand literally for 4-5 hours for Practical and also there's mental pressure likewise.
    It isn't an easy job for all

    1sy of all there are hardly buses from ponda to vasco... On top of it 8:40am bus didnt take passenger ftom 1st top that is tisk(ponda-tisk)... If buses are full send 2buses back to back...

    What d ppl from stopes to do? All ppl can't reach ktc or old busstand. Or atleast inform ppl bus won't stop anywhere ... Express mhn...

    I bet d aged conductor must b present... He z little irritating..

    I like to complain about person who works in control room. I was calling ktc control room to check status about sawantwadi kadamba bus at 8.40pm . I called at least 4 time and every time he gave wrong information and didn't even reply properly. This kind of unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.

    I hope concern authorities will consider my complain will take strict action on it and do the needful

    I would like to bring to your notice about the rude behaviour of the conductor who was in bus no. 00188952 today that is 23/11/2021 (bus which goes from Panjim ktc to Valpoi),however didn't get to note bus registration no and batch no of the conductor.
    First of all he didn't even give me my change amount but the most disturbing thing was he started shouting at me at the point of getting down that too because of his misunderstanding. The behaviour was very unprofessional. Just because opposite person is keeping quite doesn't mean he/she is wrong. I was already in my thoughts due to rain and it was already dark and his behaviour litrally disturbed me without any of my fault.

    I hope you look into the matter and do the needful.

    Irregular shettel bus service of pernem to panjim route by Rama Mayekar:

    Dear sir,

    Hence from many days the pernem to panjim shettel bus service is irregular, n reason told by the bus driver is bus break down n no other buses available to replace to the particular route.

    This interruption of service is happening several time in last 2 months. And the reason to it are pointless.

    The bus from valpoi(zarme) to panaji via ponda route is irregular. There are no buses in between 7:30to 8:30am except two kadamba buses so when this bus is absent the second bus get full and all the passenger from ganjem to nansa have to suffer specially students . this is happening from last two months . please look into the matter

    The conductor is very disrespectful and doesnt know how to behave with people and passes nasty comments. I had produced a valid ID card and since the BBA Course is for a longer duration he senselessly argued that all the courses get over by May. So i feel that action should be taken against him as he is very disrespectful and is unnecessarily harassing students and is asking for extra money!

    KTC bus from Sankhali to Advoi in the afternoon departing time to keep 2.15pm instead of 2.00pm as the students from parte higher secondary miss the bus just for 10 minutes. No bus is available after that bus for the people of Advoi.
