I traveling Khanapara to tezpur bus no 1576 n ticket serial number 607918 n 607919 two tickets. ...
Actually this bus contender in which bus I travel guwahati to tezpur fare is taken by 200rs part had. so i think this information is khnow about ASTC because this is not legal fare so.....Please take action this type of bus contender.....thank you

I usually go from nalbari to guwahati at rs 40 but today i catch a astc bus who is taking extra bus fare 50 rupee insread of 40 ticket serial no is 004413 please take some necessary action againest them

The ABC bus running from Tinsukia to Tezpur at 7.00am today is in very poor condition. Seat no 16 and 22are broken. I am traveling with my family today in this bus. I complained regarding this to the astc office Tinsukia but they did not respond. Now my question is why state transport is allowing such vehicles for public service??? You people should understand that by paying Rs 459.00 each ticket people can't compromise with comfort. Immediately repare the seats or replace this bus with another one.

Dear sir
Thank you for giving wonderful Volvo bus from North LAKHIMPUR to Guwahati, today m booking online ticket from North LAKHIMPUR to Guwahati day journey.... Journey start from Lakhimpur to Guwahati on 6:30.am deparature but bus will start from Astc counter Lakhimpur time 7:00am 30min late. I had seen during my 4hours journey every local stopest picking local prasanger.. I had asking volvo staff but he is ignoring me, Meaning less for booking online ticket. M not happy like this service. kindly look in to the matter.

My brother was traveling from silchar to guwahati by ASTC Volvo bus , I had booked his ticket through red bus and paid the full bus fare in advance , when we reach to ISBT silchar for the departure as we were about to load his luggage then suddenly the volvo bus conductor named kishan Das asked Rs 100 extra for the luggage , I was shocked by his claim so I rushed to the ASTC counter then there was one Assamese employee he also said that "you have to pay ,since Volvo is private" after he had conversation with the conductor .
So sir this is my humble request that please look into the matter as I felt it's a daylight exploitation of common man

ASTC department is very poor manegment.
ASTC employees and costumer are very bad feedback.
They are just jok for transporte department.
And very bad attitude cultural.

I am totally dissatisfied your transport facility... because I have already book ticket from paltanbazar to shillong...during trip bus conditions are not good... it's repaired two three more time in road also bus timing was toady 08:30 am but bus was arrived 09:35 am... right now we all are passengers stuck at khanapara.... so pleased do need full immediate..

I have a astc booking ticket but the astc contractor say my booking ticket only support for city . That is posdible .. When i got ticket here terms and condition write the booking ticket shows all astc bus .. There not write only inter city .... So why they are say not support my booking ticket in out of city ?

I usually travel in ASTC Bus from Jagiroad to Guwahati and the fare for the journey is only Rs.50/-,but today 17/12/2019 while i travel the conductor charge Rs.60/- from me.

And I show Vehical registration number plate was not fix In front side....without number plate how Vehical running on way?
