I bought one Dr Aquaguard Water Filter in October 2015.Within eight months the machine stopped working. We complained to your service personal more than a 100 times but so far he has not been able to replace/repair the machine. I am shocked that a comoany as reputable as yours has failed to deliver to the client's satisfaction their services. Now it is almost a month that we're without Dr Aquaguard water filter and we are having to buy commercial filtered water @ Rs 40/- per day for three weeks.I shall take up the matter with your Mumbai head office as well as the consumer forum if prompt action for the repair/replacement of the water filter is not taken forthwith.

I have a AMC for water purifier Green RO TM but never have a service. service person comes once only during the time of changing the water clinder. As per AMC, service should be done twice a year but never come for service.
