Find attached the photos of 20nos lights of the subject model damaged at the site. The photos indicate the ingress of rainwater. The Products are holding a 5years Warranty from the company.
Please note- the customer M/s JSW in Pune, is very much unhappy and upset regarding the quality of lights supplied. They are raising doubts regarding the ingress protection IP66 for the subject model. They are threatening to blacklist such models and the quality of lights.
