Recently I have gone through the overall comments for HP company on social media by different people , And I was not at all shocked to see such worst comments for HP . The issues in HP products is not at all recovered and the executives and employees of HP company in India have no knowledge. If you want to improve and maintain your reputation in India then it is necessary that you have to change your management . And due to poor management you are loosing your customers in India and in result your product sales ratio is going Down.It is the worst electronic piece I would have ever purchased . The loss I have occurred due to the absence of my laptop is Rs.1Lakh. Till this day I was silent because I had assumed that your company will solve my problem, But now I have understood that you people are not taking it serious and you will not solve my problem. So now this is my last and final warning to give my money back or else I will make it sure that in consumer court I will get justice and after that you will have no choice.
