existence in July 2003 as the subsidiary of UPPCL. They have three
distribution zones based oat Meerut, Moradabad and Saharanpur. PVVNL
provides electricity in the areas of District Meerut, Ghaziabad,
Bulandshahar, Bijnor, Saharanpur, Moradabad, Rampur and J.P Nagar.

present PVVNL distributes electricity to thirty five lacs of consumers
with an average annual demand of Rs 9300 crores. They provides many

Please look serious about complaint when I already paid all bills and complaint at your customer toll free nomber and a complaint id generate after that no one contact me and site also. My complaint id os closed there is a connection for watering in fields for agriculture. Please take this seriously my complaint id is PV3006202264. Now i have a sms that my complaint is resolved but no one come to the site and no work is done by any one. And JE is told me not to call regarding this.

There is high risk of accident due to electric wiring in vicinity of my residence.
1-An electric pole at 2 meters of gate of my residence has a wiring loop on ceremic knob,which has loosened and may unlock anytime and cause accident.
2-An electric pole at a distance of 8-10 meters adjacent to my boundry wall is densely covered by branches of a tree ,leading to sparking during fog and rains.
You are requested to arrange for resolution of the issue.

we reside at Patte Wali Gali, Baghpat Gate, Meerut and i am trying to complaint in my local electricity department from last night 20.07.2023 on 10:00PM but complaint loadge in the next morning at 9:00am and also trying online customer care I.e. 1912 and others and I have trying to contact many personal related with my power failures like J.E., Line man and also SDO sahab but no one give me any responce and we have sufferred all the family members due to power failure.
