My printer is in warranty period and my colored print head is not working it is giving only one ink.
My query is tht the print hed is replacabke in warranty period or it will be charged in warranty period also.

Hi sir, we has purchased HP Deskjet ink advantage 3835 All in one printer. Serial No: CN7AV3QOZX, product no: F5R96B. At the time of purchase when we check in online, we came to know for 1 cat ridged we will get around 500 prints,but now we are getting around 100 prints only and also we need service.when we contact local vendor he is asking us to make call to 18002000047 but this number is not working(not taking any input) finally it is saying you has selected invalid entry.

After one month the below HP printer issue not resolved. I have already talk to HP customer representative two times and they said they have escalated to the next level this case id but still not any solution provided by HP end. if we have AMC then why you are not providing timely support. What is the benefit to take AMC by you also my branch work is suffering day by day and not any response from HP end even your service partner also not picking the phone. If the service partner is not response then why you not change this type of service partner which not providing timely support.
Kindly provide solution as soon as possible.
