Dear sir
Bookng id GOBUS019a61492439531 Pnr no - Xchb340414171700607 from delhi to Lucknow time 22.46 pm date 17-04-2017 .After booked tickets we have confirmed said contact no 011-22149089 we have contacted for tickets confirmation and also confirm what app tickets valid or not . operators confirm with valid id.we have contact after booking of one hours operators confirm bus will come at counter no 73. I was called 3rd time at 10.30pm Approx operators confirm bus about arriving.but we confirm from passengers that time .they all go to enquiry bus operators confirm bus has been cancelled due to A/C not working. I called to operators about bus status operators confirm bus has been cancelled due to technical fault.so bus will not go.operators also confirm tickets fare will refund in my account after one week he asure that donot worry about refund.
Now I want to know why goibibo and upsrtc doing fraudulent service . without travel update passengers traveled janrath A/C(2+2) I will file RTI against your false update .
I requesting to you please check investigate properly and refund.if am correct.

As per upsrtc customer care after 10 days failed transaction amount not refund in my account .
I booked online ticket gorakhpur to lucknow on 21/072018 for two passenger . ( Rs. 926 per ticket )
I tried three times for ticket booking . Three time amount detected in my account but ticket can not booked
and now today 01/08/2018 my amount not refund in my account .
