Sir/madam my father in law is admitted in emergency ward for severe pain may be gastric. While taking a blood sample nurse was randomly pinching with syringe may be for about 5 mins..so I asked her if she can do it faster but instead she was so insulting and after some mins another nurse was so rude with my mother in laws for sitting in a vacant bed. It was not expected from your esteem organisation. No one want to go hospital but needs do. I guess your employee need to attain a behaviour class to deal with patients and visitor.
