I boarded Volvo from gurgaon to jaipur today at 14 hrs. Bus no. Rj14pd5377. After 15 min of departure, I desired water bottle but conductor was busy in gossip and deliberately gave me delayed service with indecent behaviour.

I've booked a ticket from mathura to jaipur On 31/05/2018 for journey of 1/06/2018 in a bus which starts from bareily and ends to jaipur.
If it does not stops at mathura's station, why the ticket is available from mathura?
Even they are not recieving calls from us.

Today I have travelled from mandawar(dausa) to alwar but the conductor of bus no-Rj14 pc-5439 collect 20rs extra from ticket charge when I asked him why u collect this extra charge he started to arguments n used abusive words and he got ready for fight. Two daily routine passenger of his are also supporting him and used abusive words. Before 10km of alwar when I reached I asked him to stop bus but he said me that the bus not stopped here if u want to stop here you have to give your passenger ticket back to me and he collect my passenger ticket From me forcely and fight with me.
After all that I tried to contact on ur helpline number but no one picked my cl or give any respnse.
So please take immediate action against them otherwise I also complaint it in the police station..so pl take action immediately

वाहन संख्या RJ14 CH 0336 मारुति वेगनआर और वाहन संख्या RJ14 CL 2861 मारुति एको के स्वामी ने उक्त वाहन नो पार्किंग एरिया 49, गंगोरी बाजार,जयपुर पर खड़ी कर रखी है। जबकि वाहन स्वामी 49, गंगीरी बाजार में निवास नही करता । 49, गंगोरी बाजार से संबंधित व्यक्ति को अपने दो पहिया वाहन भवन के बाहर खड़े करने पड़ते है। जिससे रास्ता संकरा हो जाता है तथा यतायात में व्यवधान उत्पन होता है । अतः वाहनो को जप्त करके कानूनी कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें।

One illiterate old man, copessenger of mine boarded jodhpur depo roadways bus from jodhfurfor phalodi.
Conductor charged 135 rs, while gave 35 rs ticket till basni phanta.
At osian booking man while checking n giving ticket to new pessenger found this man without ticket and when asked old man said he has paid 135 (which i had seen while paying too).Booking man said nothing further n just informed conductor. Later when conductor was asked by us abt ticket, he gave another ticket from osian to phalodi of 75 (at mathaniya). This way also skipped basni phanta to osian journey and pocketed 25 rs.
Now in bus, all the complaint n other numbers are either earased or hide by whitish tap (probably willingly).
I can share those tickets if required.
and if u were also not colluded with them, then strict action is required.
