Hi I received call from one of your insurance agent. I asked her to drop a mail. After which she called up today and when i told her that the premium she had quoted me was higher compared to what i am getting from other agent. Know what she told “ thank for wasting my time” she mention her name as Reena, called from 7483052139. This is shame what kind of behaviour is that, i am really annoyed wit her way of speaking. Don’t company do selection before putting such people on call? Very pathetic and unprofessional callers or agents. I would rather prefer contacting other online agents then getting insurance done form policy bachat.
