I purchased paragon sandle for my son one month back. But I do not have bill. Because dealer is familiar with me. I purchased foot wear from him always. This time I purchased sandle is not good. One month passed sandle broke two parts separated each. I made complaint but dealer refused to give replacement. I would like to know if any guarantee/warranty of paragon product. If yes then why dealer refused to give replacement. Dealer shop at Bandra East Mumbai 400051 at kherwadi. If dealer sell duplicate product. Please advise and look into the matter and give me replacement. I will sent you bill later.
