    Oyo and it's property owner is very insecure and froud , if u doing payment before reaching at Hotel , then u face more problems , because they get your money , don't listen to you at any cost .     I am booking my 3 AC ROOMS on 08 Aug 21 in hotel darshini at Guwahati, but when I was reaching there the property owner was refused my booking , and not provided 3 AC rooms as per my booking, when I am calling oyo for the same concern but oyo can't help me then I was cancelled the my booking without any check-in but oyo shown me as checked in and out without my confirmation and register entry or any I'd proof. And cut my 50 % money without any reason. I was suffered more problems with my family and I am out from hotels, helpless .oyo doing froud with me and oyo property owner also misbehaving and used vulgar language to us.     And I got a confirmation from oyo team over text message and on your app too, but somehow hotel side they did not confirmed my booking. And I talked to your customer care number and they told me to book another hotel and get a conversation about my refund to your team and they informed me to mailed you.     Please provide a correct address of the Head office of OYO Rooms, the address given on your site is wrong, no response has been given from this address when we communicate at the same.
