    Double payment of premium online for annual renewal of two wheeler by APPALLA KAMESWARA RAO:

    The Renewed Policy being 560300311710003229 done on 6th September 2017 vide Trans Id CMES2017090603476971. The policy remium being Rs.1155/-.

    The payment was made thru online and at the first attempt, it was hung but my account was debited with Rs 1155/-. However, no clue of its renewal as there was no communication either on my mobile or mail id, I had again made an attempt to renew and it was thru. In the process, it was paid twice for the renewal of my policy for two wheeler.

    It was seen in my Credit Card Statement which I received and having got the statement, I had made the payment to my Banker.

    I request for refund of Rs1155/- excess debited to my account due to fault of the online system.

    I solicit your favour and oblige by refunding the amount to my account online.
