The key board of my Surface Pro 7 is not being identified. Also the charging port is not consistent. The plugged in sigh appears but doesnt charge. sometimes it starts charging on its own.

My surface pro switches off when even 35% of battery is remaining. From yesterday the charge is at 51% and not increasing. If I off the power the device is switching off.
