I have purchase Maxima watch from Mohit trading company Kalkaji 110019 on 14 August 2018 than i have gifted to otherone but when i was opened the same and found watch is faulty and Ligth button not available and button available on box and returned to me and i have given to Shop person on 7 Sept for replacing the same but they demanding 1 month Now today date is 3 Oct but still they are not ready to provide my Watch and day by day increasing time limit. Need your help

Watch-21000CMGI | B015H87AD4 ( B015H87AD4) HSN:9102. When I was bath water insert in watch. They are told Water will go in 30mtr depth but water insert even in bath. They are selling very cheap watch. I called to customer care number they are told me to parcel the watch to theirs register address. They don't have the service center anywhere then why they are selling the product? They should open the service Centres or they should stop to selling products.

I had purchased a maxima watch from A.K.Watches Co., Faridabad on 11/6/2018,bearing model no. 43342cmgt.
This watch stopped 4-5 times in a year.
when this watch 2nd time sent to maxima company Mr. Manoj (works manager) committed me to provide the replacement watches if watch stop next time. Now again this watch occurred stop problem, Mr. Manoj refused to provide replacement watch.
